Izzy Schachner, the owner behind Cleveland Corporate Caterers and The Courthouse Cafe has just launched a new food truck business for Cleveland! However, because this beastly beauty has a FULL KITCHEN inside it is technically considered a mobile restaurant, not a food truck. Either way- call it what you will, I cannot wait to indulge in their pulled roasted chicken sandwich topped with mac and cheese. nom nom nom.
